Full payment of accommodation is charged at time of booking.
Any incidentals incurred by guests while in house will be charged against the same credit card provided at time of booking.
Housekeeping is provided on the third day of every stay.
Check in time is from 3pm. Check out time is 11am.
No smoking is allowed on this property – a $350 penalty applies to smoke affected rooms.
If any items are removed from the accommodation offerings or visibly damaged by guests. The guests credit card will be charged accordingly upon check-out.
Hotel Palomino has a no party policy. No disruptive noise, excessive drinking or large gatherings are permitted. We have security cameras monitoring common guest areas of the courtyard.
We reserve the right to vacate any guest or group who exhibits anti-social behavior from the premises at any time during your stay, with no refunds considered.
By proceeding with your booking you agree to the Terms & Conditions of Hotel Palomino and that you are over the age of 18 years old.
Privacy Policy
By booking, you authorize Hotel Palomino to send text messages and emails with details regarding your reservation information and other offers. Message/data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Payment Policy
Full payment of booking will be processed at time of booking.
Non-payment of booking may result in the release of booking.
Failure to meet the above payment schedule may result in cancellation of reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the time of check in. If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the arrival time or in the event of a no-show, the Hotel will charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total reservation cost. Refer to your group cancellation policy if booking within a group.
General Bookings
No shows, cancellations or modifications of your booking may result in forfeit of any money transacted.
Hotel Palomino reserves the right to charge the value of your entire stay for cancellations, modifications or no shows.
Please be aware that we will not hold rooms without a valid credit card at the time of booking.
Pet Policy
We allow dogs and cats in specified pet-friendly rooms only. If you are unsure, please check with guest services to make sure you are in a pet-friendly room.
Pets must weigh less than 75 lbs and be limited to two per room.
The pet fee is $35 per pet, per day.
All pets must be leashed or in a carrier when on the property and may not be left unattended in rooms or in vehicles.
Pets must remain quiet at all times. If a pet is deemed disruptive to other guests, we reserve the right to remove the pet and the guest from the hotel.
Guests must bring all necessary supplies for their pets, including litter boxes for cats.
Pets are not allowed on the beds, as the hair is difficult to remove and may result in a deep cleaning fee.
Rooms are inspected for damage, excessive shedding, litter spills, or odor. Violations of this policy may result in a $200 deep cleaning fee.
